✅ How to Create a Pipeline in AllTalk

Navigate to Pipelines

Go to the Navigation Tab.

Click on Pipeline.

Add a New Pipeline
-
Click Add Pipeline.
-
Enter a Pipeline Name (e.g., “Sales Pipeline”).

Define Your Stages Use these suggested standard stages:
-
Prospecting – Identifying potential leads.
-
Qualification – Checking if the lead meets your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
-
Initial Contact – First outreach or meeting scheduled.
-
Needs Analysis / Discovery – Understanding client requirements.
-
Proposal / Presentation – Sending quotes or proposals.
-
Negotiation / Review – Discussing terms and pricing.
-
Closing – Deal is won or lost.
-
Post-Sale / Onboarding – Customer success and retention.

✅ How to Add a Contact to a Pipeline

Go to Contacts.
-
On the Right Pane, find the Pipeline Dropdown.
-
Select the Appropriate Stage for that contact.
Pipeline Contact Card
On the Pipeline Contact Card, a user will see this information:
-
Contact’s name
-
Contact’s phone number
-
Contact’s city and State
-
Quote assigned to contact
-
Created - The date the contact was added to that stage of the pipeline
-
Last Text - The date the last text message was sent or received with contact
-
Workflow - The workflow that is assigned to the contact (If none a dash will appear)
There are multiple actions on the Pipeline page for a contact. You will see these options by hovering over the contact card.

Select - This will select the specific contact for a bulk operation
-
Call - This will call the specific contact from the user’s number it is attached to
-
Message - This will allow user to directly message the contact
-
Workflow - This will allow a user to add contact to specified workflow
-
Redrip - This will allow a user to add contact to specified redrip
-
Edit - This will allow a user to edit the contact’s information
-
Delete - This will delete the contact from the pipeline (this will not completely delete the contact)
Updating contact stage in Pipeline
Slide contact card over to specified pipeline stage - drag and drop
Bulk Actions
A user can update multiple or entire stages of a Pipeline to do the following actions:

Add to Workflow
-
Add to Redrip
-
Delete from Pipeline
- This is done by selecting the check box underneath the stage name or selecting multiple contacts and then clicking on the action to be taken.
Edit Pipeline
To edit the pipeline, click on the Ellipses in the top right corner of the page.
Sort Pipeline
This will be found at the top right corner of the page under the Sort by dropdown
A user can sort the pipeline by:

Last updated - This will sort by the contacts that were most recently updated

Quote (High to Low)
-
Quote (Low to High)
