Edit Contact
There are multiple ways to edit a contact
- Go to the Contacts section and select the contact you want to edit.
Once you select the desired contact, you’ll be directed to a page where you can update details such as name, zip code, address, city, and state. You can also add notes, assign a pipeline, and configure a workflow.
- Go to Conversations and select the contact you would like to edit.
- The only information on a contact that cannot be edited is the contacts’ Phone Number.
Search Contacts
To search a contact, type in the search criteria in the search bar at the top of the page
A user can search contacts by:

Name
-
Phone number
-
Email
-
State
-
Zip Code
-
City
Sort Contacts
There are multiple ways to sort a contact

Filter by CSV batch file - This will sort by a specified CSV that was uploaded

States - This will sort contacts based on the states that is in their contact information

Time Frame - This will sort by contacts added within a specified timeframe

Include Tags - This will sort contacts based on contacts that have specified tags added to them

Exclude contacts - This will exclude contacts with specified tags added to them
Once the preferred sorting values are added, user will click apply and the contacts will be sorted.
Bulk Actions
A user can update multiple contacts by clicking on the checkbox at the top right hand corner. The platform will automatically select the first 20 contacts but the user can select all of the contacts within the filtered criteria.
Once the preferred contacts are selected, user can perform bulk actions to contacts by:

Assigning a tag - Adds a tag to the selected contacts

Add to workflow - Add contacts to a workflow

Add to Redrip - Adds contacts to a Redrip

Export - Deletes selected contacts
-
Delete - Deletes contacts from platform
