AllTalk Support : Call Logs

Call Logs will store all inbound and outbound calls

User can sort through call logs as:

  1. All - All inbound and outbound calls

  2. Inbound Calls

  3. Outbound calls

Search Call Logs

User can search call logs with the search bar at the top right hand corner

Call Recordings

Outbound calls are automatically recorded and can be viewed in the Call Logs page. A play button and timestamp will show next to a recorded call.

Call Logs will have details on the calls that include:

  1. Name - Contact's name and phone number

  2. Type - This displays inbound or outbound depending on the direction of the call

  3. Call Details - This displays the length of the call (If outbound, call will have a recording).

  4. Timestamp - This displays the date and time the call was made or received.
