AllTalk Support : How to reserve a phone number

Step-by-Step Process to Reserve a Number for AllTalk

  1. Sign In to AllTalk Dashboard
  • Go to https://app.alltalkpro.com/signin (opens in a new tab).

  • Use your registered account credentials.

  • If you don’t have an account yet, click Sign Up Now, complete all required fields, verify your email, and agree to the privacy policy. 

  • If user has an active account, 10DLC and A2P campaigns must both be verified before the user is able to purchase a number

  1. Navigate to Phone Number Management
  • Once logged in, locate the Phone Numbers.

  • This section is located on the navigation pane.

  1. Choose Reservation Option
  • Click Add New Number.

  • Select the Country and Region/Area Code for local presence (important for higher connection rates).

  • Decide the number you want to use.

  1. Confirm and Pay
  • Review the monthly fee displayed.

  • Add a valid credit card under Billing Settings.

  • Confirm the reservation and payment. 

  1. Test and Activate
  • Send a test SMS or make a test call to ensure the number is active.

  • Verify opt-in and consent language for SMS campaigns (required for A2P 10DLC compliance).
